Economy Plumbing

I have used Economy plumbing a few times and each time have had wonderful friendly and knowledgeable service from the time I call to make an appointment all the way through to the end. This last time when I called I was freaking out a bit because of water underneath my new house and I didn't even know if a plumber is who we needed to call. They calmed me down and told me what was needed and then came on over and did exactly what they said they would! I would recommend them to anyone!!

Great and fast experience with Economy Plumbing! We noticed some water damage and within 48 hours, Josh, my neighbor and plumber, was at my door. I thought it was cool he recognized my dogs from the neighborhood. He quickly understood what needed to be done and after picking up some supplies both of my bathrooms were ready to use. Very professional and explained everything to me. Thank you to Barbie, too! She was great on the phone and knew exactly what was going on. Thanks again y'all!

This company was called out to fix a problem with my bathtub knobs. When they could not fix it the first day they were out right away on time the next day. The job took about 3 hours. The main reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that when he left my bathtub drain stopper was nowhere to be found. I am 10 months pregnant and all I wanted was a bath. I had waited all weekend long, and I cannot figure out what he did with it for the life of me. It is nowhere in my bathroom, and he claims he did not take it. Very frustrating. The lady on the phone was very nice though.
