Great service, Steve the plumber is very professional & knowledgeable & quick to diagnose the problem. Issue fixed in 1 visit. John Owens Services is on it, as is Stacey the service coordinator. So happy to have found a company that can perform a multitude of services. Service: Plumbing pipe repair
David was on time, very personable, explained everything in a way that made it easy to understand and I also felt he was being completely honest. My AC is 30 years old but he still tried to give me an option to temporarily fix it for a low cost for now even though it needs replacing. I will use this business and recommend it to others!
David arrived and quickly assessed what the issue was with our outdoor A/C unit. Thankfully it was only a capacitor! I appreciated that JOCo called to reaffirm our appt., and also called to advise of his arrival time. Great service all around.
