Moore had a fair but not silly low-ball price. They turned up on time, they were professional and friendly and did the whole job in the 6 hours they said it would take. Bunch of friendly guys too. Put down work mats, wore shoe covers and cleaned up after themselves at the end. Also used liveried vans. What I especially liked is that they explained my options clearly with no overselling tactics. They educated me on price/performance which allowed me to specify a perfectly respectable setup by that matched our needs for about *60%* less than an absolutely perfect one. They also arranged the city inspection. Don't let anyone tell you you don't need that! They just did everything right. These guys are great! I don’t remember her name but the woman who helped me on the phone to get the appointment setup was very friendly and courteous while asking ask the relevant questions about my issue. On the day that the technician (Arlo) came by they followed up with a phone call letting me know exactly when he was going to arrive. He arrived on time, was also very friendly and courteous and completed the work in a timely manner. He explained everything he was doing and gave me a fair price for the work. The AC maintenance service was performed on the same day Moore was also fixing a plumbing issue. So I had 2 services done. First the plumbing issue - had a cracked pipe located in the mainline that was isolated and fixed within a couple of hours. The plumbers knew exactly the issue as he was familiar with similar broken mainlines within Cloverdale. I was extremely pleased with their work. The AC maintenance service was performed and I was provided with an update on the system’s overall performance and health. Given that the system is now 23 years old, my concern was its overall functioning. So far so good with the expectation that the system will Ned to be replaced pretty soon.
