Starting with the first encounter, when I had finally decided to replace my 23 year old furnace, I was initially impressed with the professional attitude of the man who came to the house. He took me through the process, step by step so I knew exactly what to expect. The crew of three who arrived on time the next week accomplished the installation and all the extra work involved in 4 hours. Best HVAC company in Sonoma Co. Our HVAC went out during the earlier Sept '22 heat wave. They arrived promptly, diagnosed the situation and gave a really fair price to fix our unit. Ultimately we ended up needing a new Furnace as well. Again, they price was really competitive, they installed it and had everything running. Excited to have a new unit for winter! My A/C quit I called the company that installed it in 1999. I was told that the last time they came out on a service call in 2017 that the tech. noted the unit was old and parts were hard to to get. they did not want to make appointment unless i was ready to replace the unit. I called Stouts Heating and Air Conditioning , which is 1 hour away, Not only did they make the appointment pretty quickly, Dennis found the problem and hard it fixed with in 5 minutes of arriving. When its time to replace this A/C Stouts will be doing it and any other repairs they can do.
