Super Service Plumbing

This company delivers what it's name states 'Super Service.' Everyone was professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful. Responded very quickly to a bad plumbing leak from upstairs into the ceiling below, and within less than 60 minutes from my call they had a plumber there to diagnose the problem. The difficult repair was completed within 4 hours. This company is my go to plumber for these types of repairs in the future. Service: Plumbing leak detection

Calling a client who has taken a day off work to meet your plumber 90 minutes after he was supposed to arrive is hardly the definition of "super service." Furthermore, the call was not to tell me that the plumber was going to be late, but rather to cancel altogether. Do I get to charge you the way that you would propose to charge me if I had no showed had your plumber been where he was supposed to be at the time he was supposed to be there?
