Conor and the Local Plumbing Crew are excellent at assessing what is needed and then repairing or replacing what is needed. They helped us with a client that had issues with a defective radiant heat and hot water system. They were extremely kind and professional with our client who was raving about the work they did. We called Conor on a Sunday night when our hot water went out (no fun with small kids!). He picked up on the first call and scheduled to have someone come out by 7am the next morning. Ultimately we had to replace our hot water heater but we were back up and running the next day. Through out the whole process Conor and his team were responsive, knowledgable, clear in their communications, clean, and overall a pleasure to work with.
