Ramiro was amazing!! It SEEMED like it was a simple job- turned out there was a bit more to it. He figured it out and waited to make sure everything worked and tested everything THOROUGHLY and ensured there were no leaks. Chris Wilson services are a bit expensive, but if you want it done right, it’s worth it!! Service: Water heater repair
Ramiro was the best!!! I've used other local plumbers in the past few years here and service was always kind of meh, but super pleased by my experience with Chris Wilson. When I called for service, operator was pleasant and informative, got plumber to me in a few hours even though it was already late in the day. Again, Ramiro was fantastic. Extremely professional and knowledgeable. Went above and beyond to inform me about what was causing the problem, both short-term and long-term fixes required. Pricing was totally reasonable as well.
