Seth is hands down the best electrician here in the Valley. No one else would take this job because it was either too much work or too painful to deal with. I would either get ghosted or flat out be told they would not do the job by others. But Seth came through and handled this with ease. He’s very responsive and does his best to work with your schedule. Keep in mind he’s just one guy, so be reasonable with time. Switched electric is highly recommended.
