Our hot water heater was old and finally went out, and we had been without water for a week and a half. I was scrambling to gather estimates on a new one and do research on the best system and brands for our needs. I finally came across Exact Plumbing (wish I had found them first) and everything fell into place. Jordan took the time over the phone to answer all my questions and was very knowledgable and honest, I felt great about our decision to go to a tankless on-demand hot water system, and the price was right. It was installed 2 days later and we are wondering why we didn't do this earlier - it was all very easy. Zack Peterson was a great person to call for plumbing. He returned my call right away, scheduled very fast and was open to providing emergency service. He explained the whole problem and was very upfront about the potential cost and rechecked in about the final cost.
