Air Pro Heating and Air Conditioning

Back on July 7th I called Mike to see if he could come out to Lakehead to help me with one of my units that was not working. He said he couldn't since his schedule was packed so I was about to call another shop, and then he asked me what's going on with it. I explained what I found and he stepped me through step by step how to get it operational again. It was at least 45mins of his time dealing with me on the phone and calling me back to make sure everything was good. Great guy and I certainly will be using him in the future. I called Air Pro today after our Air conditioning stopped working. Mike answered, he asked me a few questions and said he would be over in an hour. This was after 5pm on a hot day and he spent the next hour working on my older system. He took the time to explain the problem and our options. It is an older unit, and he explained the resolution was a temporary solution, but he would do whatever he could to get us going. Mike was professional, friendly, prompt, and helpful. The price was reasonable and great considering the call was after 5pm. He got me in within an hour, where other places would not look at it until the next week unless we were willing to pay for after hours rate two days later. I would highly recommend Air Pro to anyone, Mike will be my first call moving forward.
