Called asking for someone to come out and check a possible leak in my roof. The owner Jack showed up promptly. He even found an open appointment to come sooner than scheduled. Jack was very knowledgeable and immediately knew everything both good and bad about my roof. Jack even helped rearrange some of my tiles to stop a small leak as part of his assessment. He was very professional, and did not try to upsell me on anything. I requested a comprehensive quote on what it would take to get my roof back into good condition, and Jack was able to provide detailed information to me very promptly. Customer service was spot on. It took three months to get on the schedule and another week to finally get them here. Once the crew got here, they were great. Even though the scheduling was slow the crew were friendly, prompt, professional and fast. It only took 4 hours to do the repairs. I would use them again. I had Straight Line Roofing and Construction out to repair my tile roof and address a leak. Phil, Tony, Kyle, and the entire team were great. Excellent communication, fair and reasonable price, and the crew was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. They showed up on time, completed the work in a timely manner, updated me with what they found as they got into the job, and took pictures as they completed the work.
