We needed some repairs done to our south facing side, and after getting inspections from about 4-5 companies, we decided to work with Matt at Straight Line Roofing. And we're so glad we did! He was very responsive throughout the entire project. Anytime we had questions he was available, very knowledgeable and thorough, but most of all, Matt always felt like a representative, not a salesperson. I haven’t used this company yet, but I’m doing my research. Straight Line Roofing and Construction and owner Jack has reaffirmed to me that he and his company are honest; has safety concerns in mind and safety training for his crews; and they have all the proper licenses and warranties for the work they perform. He spent time with me to inspect the project; answer all my questions; and recommended the proper fix for my situation, which to my surprise was not the most expensive way for me to go. He also gave me other suggestions to think about for energy conservation. Now I understand why Straight Line Roofing and Construction have such highly rated reviews, whether they are on Google or the BBB.
