I’m a local Realtor helping my client purchase a condo and we ran into some concerns with the condition of the condo my client is in escrow to purchase. I was looking for a professional handyman to look over some of the items in the condo that needed maintenance/renovation and repairs - I was referred to Jovanny by a good friend of mine. Jovanny was super responsive, very professional, explained things very well, he was very knowledgeable and he took the time to listen to our concerns. All in all, really great guy- we’ll definitely be hiring him to take care of those items when we close escrow.
