I got a new ac from this company a year ago not working try to get warranty its over a year so no warranty
What a super nice man they sent, I’m sorry I can’t remember how to spell his name, Jo in English. Sorry! He was Kind, knowledgeable and knew how to fix my Toto. Spent time researching the weird problem and was on his way in no time. This is the business that I’ll recommend to others and definitely call on myself again! Great experience! Edward the Technician was very professional and personable. However I did not engage him to do the work on my sink since it was way to expensive. Most of my neighbors actually replaced the cartridge themselves. So I wanted to look into that before i committed to a $700.00 charge. But i give Edward high marks in doing the diagnostics. If iI need any plumbing work in the future, I would definitely call Edward and Goettl to do the work.
