So before summer hits, I thought I might have my AC serviced. Called nexgen AC heating and plumbing. From the call from the office to the follow up calls, and the technician that came out was outstanding service. Justin what is my technician that came out and he was phenomenal. From then moment he parked, walked up with a smile, introduced himself and before he started on his walk-through he explained to me what he would be doing. Through his inspection he was showing me exactly what was going on and how to prevent end give my system longevity. All his recommendations were reasonable and made complete sense. We just had an appointment with David and Rolando. They were thorough, professional, fast, and very, very knowledgable. 5 star service through and through. And, they even offered to help us upgrade the system and get all the tax credits!

Where do I start, David D. called and asked if he could arrive earlier that scheduled, He arrived at the time he said he would, took his time and explained the procedure he would be doing and answered all my questions.
