I recently had the pleasure of using Service Heroes to service my home's air conditioning/heating unit. From start to finish, my experience was exceptional! They accommodated my busy schedule and ensured that someone was available to come out to take a look at my unit in a timely manner. Justin and Jonathon were knowledgeable and thorough. Service Heroes came out and serviced our HVAC system and switched our filters out .. they were punctual and professional and super friendly . They even put stickers on each unit with a QR code to scan to keep up with our services which was super cool and up to date with modern technology. We put the call in and they were able to schedule the service within the same week ... our AC was kicking after the service. Our heater was also kicking during the winter temperatures. I highly recommend this company and not to mention it's family owned and operated so that makes it that much better ... if you are in need of anything I highly recommend them... they had also serviced my condo a few years ago before we sold it and moved to Simi and they provided our insulation to cut down on the usage of our heater and AC unit ... they provide a number of services... you won't be disappointed by this company so if you are in need ... for sure give them a call!
