Our 1st contact with Mr Roofing was Mike Odynski. He explained the product options, specific materials, installation details and time parameters for our job. He also shared the story of how Mr. Roofing started and became the company it is today. We were impressed but, to be sure, we obtained 3 additional roofing company bids. The winner was Mr Roofing due to their professionalism and fair price offer. The job started 2 weeks later. We had 2 layers of roof to remove, eaves to cut back, new gutters, downspouts and had a solar light installation. The 7 man crew was led by Osvaldo. They arrived early and started work on time every day. They were professional, courteous and handled each task without hesitation. They cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day. Osvaldo made sure all of our questions, concerns or unexpected issues that came up, were handled. We are extremely pleased with the overall experience and wholeheartedly recommend Mr. Roofing. Due to storms and wear, we had a small leak in our roof and called Mr. Roofing to inspect and evaluate our options. Austin visited and sent us several options for roof repair or replacement. We opted to go with a full roof replacement and scheduled our appointment to happen in December. Before Thanksgiving, we received a call from Gerardo that due to some shifts in scheduling we were next on their list. The roof replacement work started on Monday and Gerardo and team worked efficiently and again presented options in an easy to understand way for additional repair needs that were uncovered. I was pleasantly surprised that they took just two days and a couple of hours to fully teardown the old roof, replace some rotted plywood, repair gutters and replace one that was missing and build out the new roof. We got a new roof and solar panels through Mr. Roofing. Communication with the team - Osvaldo, Marvin, Jose and Miguel - was easy and clear. Despite all the rain, the company did their best to schedule the roof repair and solar installation ASAP, and kept me up-to-date on scheduling around the several atmospheric rivers this winter. Osvaldo explained how he would improve on the previous roof to prevent the leak and dry-rot issues we have had.
