Blue Collar installed mini AC units in my house two years ago. When I have needed then to come out and service or inspect the units, they are on time and professional, they provide great service. They are thoughtful, professional, available, on time, answer all of our questions, and follow up annually. The installation was clean, and exactly where we needed it to be. We haven't had any issues with the unit from 2020. In July 2023, we had another mini split installed in our backyard casita. When it comes to home improvements and pricing, a lot has changed between 2020 and 2023. The fact that this second unit was still so affordable was unbelievable to us.
