After some of the latest rain storms my condo sprung a roof leak. This company was selected by my condo's HOA to repair the problem. They have had to return to the property now on 4 separate occasions because after each trip to the property, they claim they "solved the problem" and it's "good to go" only for another rain storm to pass thru and the leak continue. Luckily we began to expect their incompetence and delayed ServPro from patching the drywall hole that they had cut to dry out the attic space and remove the damage from within the home so that we at least didn't have to double replace those materials. Do not use this company, they do not approach leaks in any sort of deterministic fashion (such as attempting to reproduce the leak before making repairs), and are always so confident when they claim completion of a project without the simplest bit of data to back up their claim.
