Victor Lee has been my plumber for 18 years at both of my homes on Mt. Helix. He always diagnoses the problem fast and knows exactly how to fix my plumbing issue. Through the years he remembers me and my home and what he has done in the past and just "goes to work" fast and efficiently!

Victor was standing on my doorstep within 24 hours of my phone call to him. He was professional, quick and efficient, and reasonably priced. He listened carefully when I described my two problems and talked to me about the different approaches we could take. When I wasn't quite sure about the results of the path we chose, without complaint or hesitation he switched to a bigger machine and solved the problem to my satisfaction. He cleaned up the area and put everything back perfectly when he was done. Moreover, he inadvertently fixed the second problem by fixing the first problem and didn't charge me for it.
