We had Bert of Scott Harrison Plumbing come out today to clear our sluggish shower drain. He was exceptionally helpful, tidy and gave us good suggestions on how to avoid having to have our drains cleaned so often. We will certainly call Scott Harrison for our plumbing needs. I've used Scott Harrison Plumbing many times in the past and will continue to do so in the future. It has been many years since the last time I used them, but this latest 'adventure' proved just as satisfying and with a great and expected outcome. Daniel & Javier came out and did a great job with cutting old cast iron drains in the wall and rebuilding everything. The job was fast and efficient. A small leak was discovered that night and Bert came by to remedy. All these technicians know their stuff and, this is important to me, are not ARROGANT as has been my experience with other tradesmen. All were knowledgable and friendly and I so appreciate their expertise. The finished product is great, so much better drainage than we've had in years!!! Kudos (as always) to Scott Harrison Plumbing and the entire crew (oh, and the front office was excellent as well in setting up the appointment and working with me on time!)
