Advance Electrical Service

I have mixed feelings about this service. The good news is, they returned my call, came when they said they would, and fixed the problem. The not so good news was they told me a service call is &130 and that amount would apply to any additional costs. It ended up costing &230 for a shorted breaker that took 10 minutes to replace. No additional work was performed. That's quite a bit of 'sticker shock'. I suppose 'at need' leaves you in disadvantageous position. Harbor no delusions about a simple price for a simple job.

Great experience and I am happy with the service.

I was having a problem with my refrigerator shorting out the electrical outlet. Robert came over on time, with just half a day's notice. As requested he texted me when he was on his way over. He diagnosed the problem. Becase it seemed to have reset itself and is now working, he did not charge me for his time. I very strongly recommend Robert and his company for their excellent service.
