My husband called Andrew (Comet) to see where the leak coming from under our 40 gallon water heater. Andrew came on time the next day as he said, and found that the tank is the cause for the leak. When he told us how much it will cost I thought it was above what I expected, but he explained why and we gave him the go ahead. He promised to be there at 9:00 am the next day. At 9:00 am he was there, got us a beautiful heater, installed a water shut off (our old heater didn't have one). When he was done I went and checked and I was amazed! What a perfect job he did!!! Andrew cleaned up even the dust in the heater's closet, washed the dirty tray beneath the heater, and him and his assistant gathered all the debris in a huge bag. My drive way was as sparkling clean after all the work he did. I appreciated the efficiency, the competence and professionalism in handling the work and above all his diligence and coutesy. Andrew was prompt, courteous, and professional. We needed to replace two toilets.
