ARS/Rescue Rooter Plumbing Sewer Drains

I made an appointment last night for someone to come out and check my water heater's pilot light. The services listed in the Google profile and in the company's description include water heater repair, but I got a call this morning letting me know that ARS only replaces water heaters and does not do repairs. I wanted to post this review so anyone else looking for repairs knows that they do not do repairs despite what's listed in the profile.

John was very helpful and very knowledgeable about the problem my house was having. He unclogged the pipes and make the shower, sink and toilet run the water easy. He explained what to do and what not to do for this problem not to happen again. He also told me if it happens again in the next 90 days , he will come and do it a not charge. That is a nice warranty. I highly recommend them, they were nice on the phone and nice here, even John’s supervisor Vincent came to check. I will call them again anytime I have a plumbing issue. Thank you

We had a water leak coming from inside the wall and ARS saved us! They came out and mapped out a plan to fix the leak and had it fixed within the week! Russell is an ALL STAR PLUMBER and does amazing work, Vince also did an amazing job at explaining what the process was going to be. I recommend saving this company for ALL of your plumbing needs!
