Local Service Pro Plumbing - Tarzana Plumbing Company

We called Local Service Pro Plumbing for an emergency plumbing issue we had in our home on a Sunday night so they were the only company that had any availability that night. They dispatched a tech who said he could be there by 9:30 that night. After MULTIPLE calls pushing the ETA back three of four times we were told “ he’s 10 minutes away” or “ he’s right around the corner, 15 minutes.” Finally the tech showed up at almost 11pm (after giving us an ETA of 10:30) He took one look at the issue and gave us an estimate then left. We then scheduled an appointment for the following Tuesday from 11-1 and at 1:15 there was still no one at our property. I work out of town and my wife works from home so it’s very important to us to have a reliable, on time service. At 1:20 I reached out to the office and was told the same thing as Sunday night. 15 minutes way, 10 minutes away and so on and so forth. Finally at 4:30, a full three and a half hours after our scheduled appointment we were forced to

This is by far the worst company we've ever hired to come work on our home. We had an emergency plumbing situation and were bound by the fact that this company was the only one we could find to come out. We called and spoke with someone at 6:30 and were told that Jesus would be at our house by 9:30. At 9:30 he told us he wouldn't be here til 10. At 10 he said he was 15 minutes away. At 10:30 he said he would be here at 11. Finally, after 11 he showed up and claimed there was a traffic accident. He took a look at our plumbing and just gave us an estimate. Afterward, we set up an appointment for the following Tuesday to fix everything. I work from home and my husband works out of town so we trusted that Jesus would be by the estimated window of 11am-1pm. From 1-4 we began to receive the exact text we had received the first night. "I'm 15 away." "I'm 10 away" with a new excuse "oh my car battery died." by 4:30 we were forced to cancel the appointment and requested that for the next day we

I contacted Local Service Pro to fix my kitchen sink. It was leaking and the filter tap took forever to fill up a water glass. I called and from the phone they were so knowledgable, kind and understanding. A plumber came that day, Jonathan Yoro, and he was very practical. The job ended up being more involved than we initially anticipated, with him having to cut holes in the wood under the sink to create a space for the new pipes. He was an excellent worker and knew exactly what he was doing. I highly recommend this business and will use them again, requesting Jonathan! Service: Faucet installation
