Needed an emergency plumber to come out and assess leaky shower faucet. Ryan was able to come out same day and look it over, gave us a better quote than most. Next day our problem was fixed! Our bamboo flooring buckled and I wanted to find out if we had a water leak. I requested quotes for the cost to do leak detection with supply line and video of sewer line. Ryan was the first to respond to my request. He provided what I felt was a fair cost for those services. He even tried to help me by giving me advice on what to check before hand. He even answered several of my questions throughout the day. I wanted to clarify if there was a service call fee on top of the cost for the services and he said no.
