Frankie showed up on time to assess the AC unit from our recently purchased house. He was able to find and assess some damage that the previous owners dogs had done; something that, sadly, the home inspector missed. Overall Frankie gave me an honest assessment of the unit, saying it was in decent shape for it's age and that no repairs were needed. Frankie then gave me some tips of what to look out for if the unit starts to fail as well as an overall view of what my best options may be for whenever the unit may start to have issues. It was great to have someone come out and give an honest assessment and not just try to sell you on something that wasn't needed, something that could have certainly happened with how old the unit is, along with the dog damage.
