Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Call and made an appointment to have my septic tank pumped and the technician showed up with not a pump but tried to clear the main drain and told me that there’s a clog in it but yet I can clear the clock five or six times myself and he couldn’t clear one. He told me my septic system is not full yet I can clear it myself and open it up and know that it is full. He charged us a lot of money to supposedly cleared the main drain and he had told us he couldn’t do it and wanted to tell us to putting a scope down the pipe Services: Septic system installation, Sewer cleaning

Tech was nice enough but wanted to charge over $300 just to call the water heater service line to diagnose a pilot light issue. That's near half the cost of a new water heater plus an install! He said it would have cost even more to actually fix the thing afterwards! Why call a plumber when I can just install a brand new water heater for the same price it takes to fix a pilot light issue?

The service technician Jesse and the restoration technician Marc was good but the price of the work was very high and not a clean cut in my ceiling by the trainee that came back with Jesse the next day for the price.
