The service technician Jesse and the restoration technician Marc was good but the price of the work was very high and not a clean cut in my ceiling by the trainee that came back with Jesse the next day for the price. I will use them again but be more attentive to what they are doing. Also Palina was very nice and informative about moving forward. Service: Plumbing leak detection
Joe and Tyler did a great job and were professional and I could tell they cared about the job at hand............. The guys had to come back out a second time to clear the drain, it was under warranty, the drain is now clear with no issues'. I'll use Roto-Rooter again... Services: Plumbing, Sewer repair
