Connor Air Conditioning & Heating

We had a very old and inefficient a/c unit. We asked around and looked on internet review sites for a/c company recommendations and found that Connor Air had quite a good reputation and I liked the fact that they were a family owned business. We received 3 bids from 3 different recommended vendors and chose Connor Air. Working with Connor Air was easy. Jerrad was very professional when he came out to give the bid. He was thorough and we saw right away that he knew what he was doing. He checked and commented on various areas of our existing unit unlike the other vendors. Mary, the office manager, is very nice and we were set up in a timely manner for the install. The installers Tim, Matt, Cody and Chris were friendly and considerate. They installed in the time they quoted. It was quite a big job as they had to move the system from our basement to our attic and re-duct all. The new control system is very easy to use and we like the fact that we can control it from our phones!

Today at 3.05PM heading north bound on Del Mar blvd one of the driver from Conner AC van almost hit my car, he was driving recklessly , changing lane from left and right, and almost hit my car, this is very unprofessional driver that hire by Conner AC services, i did call the # on the van and file a complaint, i just hope this company could solve the problem with the way this driver driving this van before he hit some on.

Connor Air was our HVAC contractor of choice for our complete home remodel. Jarred and Mary were a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. All the way from the planning, through construction, and even guiding us in the post-construction stage. Their workers were on-time, polite, and most importantly to me, took care of the little things with extreme care and without being asked. I am also involved in commercial property management and have seen my share of contractors and vendors, but few have come close to having as comprehensive of a system and process as Connor Air does when it comes to how they do business. Would recommend and contract again in the future.
