Update: They have been good to work with after the initial hiccup so I am changing my star rating. Original Review: I had a 2-4pm window for a $750 emergency tarp job and they no called and no showed. I called at 4:30 and was told they would be there but were running late. Now I just have a leaky roof and have to call another roofer. I realize that companies are busy right now because of the weather but communication (or lack of it) says a lot about a business’ respect for the customer. I did receive a text at 5pm saying thanks for doing business and to leave a review so here’s the review. 1 star. Services: Roof repair for storm & wind damage, Roof damage repair

We used Statewide based on reviews and obtaining 3 different estimates; they were the middle ground. We have a midcentury home so the roof had to be a rolled roofing material. We chose all black for sake of it already being ugly, they did urge us away from this as it is tough to keep the house cool. They were not wrong, if doing it again, I would have done away with the black. The disappointment first started with not getting a response back on the email I sent to the sales rep so having to call the office to ensure I got a reply. The rest seemed smooth sailing, the tear down was great, but what confused me was they told me they employed all their workers so there were no subcontractors, however these guys were. (To be honest, these guys were the best part of the project). They cleaned up and were very helpfu in ensuring not much mess. Once the new roof installation started happening, things went down hill.
