Brian was an extremely thorough plumber and a great representative of TO Plumbing. He came out to diagnose a leak we had in our pipes and took the necessary steps to make sure he found the source and that everything was safe before cutting into any drywall, etc. He was courteous and knowledgeable. Brad was very professional and really knew his profession. He was teaching an apprentice, and it was good to hear him explain all the details of the job to him. Both men were clean and polite. They serviced our whole house water treatment system, changed filters and UV light and reset the timer. Brad also gave us useful information regarding our tankless water heater. He was very friendly, and seemed like an all around great guy. I would recommend this company and call them again if in need.

My family and I had the “PLEASURE” of having Randy provide us with some of the BEST customer service we’ve ever experienced. He was “knowledgeable, professional, and very polite.” He addressed the issue we were having with our kitchen sink and told us how to fix it.
