I usually don't post negative reviews. However, with Fred constantly trying to defend his lack of communication when we've decided to go with another business is beyond me. Fred, you did not explain your policy or set expectations. Next time be mindful of what you are doing. Maybe you were multitasking or maybe you're just having a bad day.
