Just had Carters to repair my LG Washing Machine. Repair was done quickly, professionally and neatly. Ivan was very personable and knowledgeable. Diagnosed the problem in about 5 min (water pump), had the part for repair in his truck and was done with the whole visit in less than an hour. Left the repair area clean and organized. The office staff was great as well with setting up the appointment. Courteous and professional on the phone. Asked me a handful of questions about the problem and the model of my machine so they could help the tech prepare for the visit (which is why I think the part was on the truck already). They confirmed the morning window for the repair the day before and then sent a text with the name and photo of the tech when he was on his way, which is a great security feature. The service was not inexpensive, however this was a complicated enough repair that I think it would have taken at least a full day of multiple trips to Home Depot and hours of YouTube videos to

James was excellent. He called the night before, sent a text this a.m. and showed up on time. He was competent, friendly, had a sense of humor and did a fine job. We feel fortunate to have him complete our job.

Carlos was amazing!!! He very methodically analyzed the problem, tested each part of the process and determined what we needed. Then Carlos expertly and efficiently completed the work in a timely (and friendly) manner!!! We would highly recoomend Carter Services because of Carlos!!!!
