Junior arrived a little past his estimated arrival time but understandable given unpredictability of prior jobs, but we were still grateful as our request for service was merely given the day before. I've had some good plumbers in the past, (and some very terrible ones), Junior has been my favorite to this date. He was very knowledgeable, patient to explain everything he was doing every question we asked, and very thorough. He also presented all possible options in a very tactful, kind, and professional. I felt so confident and at ease with his work that I wouldn't hesitate to have him work on any other needs I might have in the future. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!! A+++++++++++++++++
We love Good Guy Plumbing! They've come out to our place a few times for garbage disposal and clogged pipe issues. Their office is always so communicative on arrival times or any issues, and they are usually earlier in their arrival window than later. They have all been incredibly professional and friendly. We don't call anyone else for our plumbing needs!
I called after long sera hung for somebody that would service out area. Good guy was responsive and made the trip out to our ranch to look at a big job and went above and beyond when the pressure switch went out. He was also able to bring an electrician and get the job done in less than 24 hours. We cannot be more pleased. Would recommend again and again! Thanks guys! Service: Water tank repair
