We had NexGen come out and maintain our mini split. Filipe did an incredible job cleaning the machine, not making any mess in our house, checking all the faculties of both the inside and outside units. Very professional and helpful. Will definitely be calling NexGen if we need any maintenance. Highly recommend.
Robbie was extremely helpful and not only he helped us assess our system and outline the solution, we also learned a lot about our system and how HVAC works in general. We love working with him and would recommend him to anyone who needs their HVAC looked at.
