Vincent was my technician who came out to inspect the heating and ac unit at my residence. He was thorough, knowledgable, and did good a job recommended permanent solutions to my problem. He was reasonable and didn’t try to pressure me into purchasing additional services or equipment. Overall it was great working with Vincent and I would recommend him to those who need their heating and cooling needs. Service: Heating system maintenance
Robbie was extremely helpful and not only he helped us assess our system and outline the solution, we also learned a lot about our system and how HVAC works in general. We love working with him and would recommend him to anyone who needs their HVAC looked at.
Dustin is a great service tech! He was on time (which is a plus for my busy schedule)... wonderful personality, professional and thorough . He washed out the AC unit and cleaned out dust from furnace and checked carbon monoxide levels. Dustin went above and beyond what was required and I recommend NextGen for service & safety!
