So Cal was very responsive from the first call. I've dealt with two other companies and had no success with them. I must compliment the technician, Jonathan, for his attention to detail and diligent exploration to get to the problem in our furnace. The whole team was very helpful during the process of procuring parts and staying true to their committed time slots when we set them. Great service. They had some issues with scheduling and had to cancel my morning appointment but they were very efficient in sending somebody else to my house to do the A/C maintenance and fix the problem. Jessica was very nice, professional. I felt so bad for her because the job was more complicated than anticipated but she stayed well into the evening to finish the work.
