Our furnace died mid winter with cracked heat exchanger. The good folks at In Motion set us up with a new one, and helped us upgrade to a dual fuel system with a heat pump for summer AC and efficient shoulder season heating, while also improving air flow in our house. Everyone was excellent to work with: fast and clear communication, great answers to all my questions, professional work, and followup! I was originally considering ditching the gas furnace entirely and going full heat pump. Jeremiah came out for the estimate, and quickly recommended a dual fuel system. I remained skeptical, so he put together two quotes, one for dual fuel and one for heat pump only. He also explained to me that we'd likely need to replace our existing ducts for a heat-pump only system to achieve the same heating capacity with the lower output temperature of a heat pump, and that they had seen a fair number of service calls in the area for heat pumps that weren't able to complete their defrost cycles mid-w
