Services: General plumbing; diagnosed basement leakage problem and installed sump pump; replaced main sewer line from under house to street. General: Bob is smart, efficient, ethical, and fair on price. He always goes above and beyond to satisfy the customer. We have used him for several years, and we wish we had found him sooner. I cannot give enough GOLD stars to Bob Gripp and his assistant Caesar. I was referred to Bob by my longtime and wonderful plumber who recently retired. I needed to have my 62 year old sewer line replaced which is a big job in itself. Then, right after that major project started, I found out that my main water line to the house was broken and that also needed to be replaced. It was a complicated situation because I live in the hills and my water line is on the adjoining neighbor's property and is under an asphalt roadway on a private road. Bob knew exactly what to do, how to manage the two really major projects, who to call in to assist with the various "non plumbing" components of the job and how to keep the neighbors placated. I am so fortunate to now have this very knowledgeable and wonderful person on my team.
