The service person, Gregory, was pleasant and professional. He clearly knew his business and made fairly quick work of fixing our rooftop air conditioner. He had most of the items he needed on his truck, but needed to go get another item that wasn’t on his truck, but it was a quick trip! Greg did a good job and got our air conditioning up and running, with a 5 year guarantee on the new parts installed on the unit. He was pleasant to deal with and made my wife’s day, because she was not used to Not having AC - which is very important in the Central Valley!! She is a happy camper now and the AC is working again!
