The technician was cordial and friendly. We went over issues and recommendations. I received a quote of replacement parts/labor cost but there was no details of the findings i. writing. We discovered that he did not switch the lights off in the ceiling. Truly miss Mark from Church Heating who retired and provided the service for the last 5 years. Service: HVAC system maintenance
Michael, Amanda and Daniel all give excellent customer service! I appreciate their responsiveness, honesty and professionalism. In fact, Daniel went above and beyond today in addressing some concerns we had regarding our newly installed ac unit and an old, ongoing problem with the distribution of air circulation in our home.
