The best company I have ever used in the 209. They have prolonged the life of our air conditioner with their skilled trouble shooting technicians. Our AC died about three summers ago. Several other big name companies said we needed a new unit and our unit was unrepairable. We were about to purchase a new unit for $18 k when a friend suggested calling Wally Falkes. The gentleman who came to provide my hvac yearly service was all around amazing! He showed up on the early end of my given window time. He was so friendly and knowledgeable and made sure to thoroughly explain to me anything I had a question about. He was able to double check our insulation and promptly sent us a quote following his findings.
