In January 2016, our Whirlpool Dryer has been used for more then 15 years and suddenly running without heat. We called Azer for help. Azer came and repaired the Dryer very professionally and efficiently. He not only repaired the element unit of the Dryer, but also makes extra efforts to make sure other parts are in good shape. After completing the repair, Azer makes sure the dryer unit is leveled, the venting coil in the back lay smoothly, etc. All things that can help to extend the life of the appliance. He did such a good job, so in October, we asked for his help again with our refrigerator, which was also over 15 years old, and has signs of items that were less frozen solid in the freezer. Monday typically is a very busy day for Azer, but he still makes the time to help. He test the temperature etc. and found the cold control was wearing out.
