I had a great experience both times they had to come out due to a faulty controll valve part on behalf of the manufacturer Rheem. They were always polite on the phone and listened to my concerns. They were exactly on time as she stated on the phone. During the 2nd visit Mike was very professional and informative. He took the time to address my concerns instead of trying to make a extra money on a whole new reinstallation. I would recommend this company to anyone with installation and repairs on their water heater. Ask for Mike he will be able to get the Job done fast and efficient. One Happy Customer

I called this Friday morning (5/1/2015) at 7am after I discovered last night I did not have hot water. They immediately answered the phone, and dispatched a tech. They provided me with a resonable service cost quote for them to come out. I agree. So they promised me that the tech would be in about 10am. He was on time, and got started on the job immediately. Zach, the technician discovered a melted ignitor, he proceeded to fix it, cleaned the burner, and air screen. I was amazed that he knew exactly what to do. He was very pleasant to talk to and knew his stuff. He did not try to oversell me anything. He re-assured me that my unit is still ok, and my issue was standard wear/tear of the water heater. He has seen similar issues with my unit and all other models. (A.O. Smith water heater). Broken water heater. Called in the morning and was given a time window between 11:00am and 2:00pm. At 3:30pm I called to get an update as to the status of the plumber. All the secretary told me was, "Oh I thought they were done let me check....5 minutes later, Oh our plumber got stuck on another job and he never called me. The best we can do is first thing Monday morning." No other explanation and a half hearted apology. You would have thought if they cared they would have paid a plumber overtime to help a customer out, since they dropped the ball. Nope. Just called another plumber (at 4:00pm) and he told me he would be out first thing in the morning and actually cared about my family not having hot water. Take my advice, spend your money on another company that cares....you might even pay more, but it is worth giving your money to a company that cares,
