My water heater wasn’t working properly, called Collier Plumbing to get an estimate, plumber diagnosed the problem by phone didn’t charge me for the call and suggested to order the gas valve directly from manufacturer. Ordered gas valve, called Collier Plumbing to get it installed, paid $175 for the entire labor got the gas valve for free under warranty from Rheem. Very happy with their polite and professional service.
Our service man (Jacob) was very knowledgeable. Asked if we had questions every step of the way. The installation site was clean and neat while working and after install. Pricing wasn't the cheapest, but was fair and aligned with the quality of service. We would recommend them to neighbors and friends. I decided to use Collier Plumbing to install my water heater, they were recommended by Rheem. For any company doing anything in your House my expectation is that they would treat it as if it would be their own. This absolutely was not done on this install. The installer did not put the face plate on, he had the water lines touching the vent line which caused the insulation melt, he did not even screw the vent line down completely, the drain line wasn't connected completely, and the earthquake straps were not properly put back on. I was disappointed with their service which I had to pay for, now now have to fix all these problems. I called them to let them know about these issues and their response was since you fixed them what do you want us to do now?
