Competition Roofing

I called several roofers and got several estimates for a low slope roof on our house with a 15 yr old roof with no leaks. And since it’s a 15 yr old roof i wanted to see what my options were. A few wanted to do a tear down and put a new roof that took me to another question of what kind of material to use plus the cost of a new roof wasn’t within my budget at the time. Bob suggested a rubber membrane over the whole roof with a high quality material “ induris 3500 high solids roof coating “ that came with a 15 yr warranty. Plus a 5 yr workmanship warranty on there work. Bob sent Trent to do the coating and was here on time and very professional and very friendly they did a great job! I definitely will call on them when I’ll need the roof replaced. The roof coating saved me money and gave me the reassurance that we won’t have any leaks.. Thank you Competition Roofing!!

We had an annoying problem with a slight leak around one of our two chimneys and we had asked another roofer to have a look at the problem and they came out, looked at the chimney and told us we had to have the whole roof 'sealed' and then doubled the price we were quoted on the phone. I saw Competition's service trucks in the neighborhood a few times and decided to give them a call. They sent Frankie out to have a look at the problem and he did the job for one-half of the original price the other roofer quoted over the phone. We had to call Frankie twice more because there was still a slight leak after it rained again. The last time he came out he sealed some of the mortar cracks in the chimney itself and here today, the day before Thanksgiving, it's been raining all day and to our pleasant surprise we have no more leaking rain around our chimneys! Our roof was in desperate need of replacement. Bob's son, Kyle, came out and was informative and respectful. He said the job of stripping off the old roof, repairing any damaged wood, installing paper, trim and new tiles would take a week. This year's continuous rains kept pushing the job back. With a two day window of no rain, Bob sent his crew out and these guys were on a mission; the job was done and everything was cleaned up in two days. Good job guys! Service: Roof installation
