I hired this company for power outage problem at my house. They came and flipped the breaker and restored power. They did not try to find out what was causing the problem although that is what they said they would be doing. They charged me almost $200 for this. Few days later when the same problems happened they said they would charge me the same amount again to go out and find out the cause of the problem. This is something they should have done in that first trip. They provide poor service and don't stand behind their work.
Our office has worked with riley electric for several years and we have nothing but good things to say about them. Their staff is highly skilled and experienced with deep and through knowledge of current codes and the latest technologies. Their service is very prompt and their workmanship is very professional. They can handle any size project from concept to completion. We would absolutely recommend riley electric to anyone for their electrical design and contracting needs
