Archon did the testing after Comfy AC replaced my Compressor and all the ducts in the house. Chadd was on-time, very nice, explained what was happening, and went to work. The whole process probably lasted less than 25 minutes. The scheduler was also very nice, she was able to give me the ETA within just a few minutes (if only the cable company could do that).
Marcellus Jones came to my home for an inspection. He was very professional and courteous. I would have him back anytime. I was actually kinda sad when he left. He lifted my spirits. Thank you Marcelus It was a great pleasure to have met you.
Archon did testing after we had our new HVAC system installed. Their tech Randy has done a great job and Ladies at their office were a pleasure to talk to.
