Corky was great. He diagnosed our plumbing problem correctly the first time and took the time to explained how we could prevent it from happening again. Discovered some water under my kitchen sink over the weekend. Called Same Day Service on Monday and Bill was here Tuesday. Bill arrived on-time and was very professional. Bill diagnosed the issue quickly (leaking garbage disposal) and provided me three cost estimates for different types of disposals. No pressure and was very knowledgable about the products. Once I made my decision, Bill quickly replaced the garbage disposal and was on his way. I have used Same Day Service for over 10 years, their employees are the cream of the crop and never disappoint.

Giving 5 stars and a shout out to Roger who came and cleared our clogged drain. He called and gave us a 30 minute heads up and arrived within the scheduled time frame.
