I received a recommendation from my realtor to use Taurus Electrical Service on Thurs afternoon—she has used their service before and also recommended their service to others. Taurus worked with my schedule and set up a visit for the next day (Friday)! Taurus employee, Nick, arrived perfectly on time, he was eager to understand my concerns, diagnose the issue, and fix the problem. Recognizing the first hour was a flat rate charge, Nick was interested to hear any other concerns I might have…I expressed concern about one other smaller issue we’d encountered—he jumped right on it and fix that issue too. The whole encounter was professional, and I will certainly recommend their service to others with residential electrical issues.
