They were very responsive, scheduled an appointment within a few days, and were on time. Isaac quickly diagnosed the problem - a burned out capacitor and gave me a $350 quote to install it on the spot. Being inexperienced and wanting to get the system back up, I went for it and our A/C ran again within minutes. The part costs only $8 and the installation is super easy.
