My AC was not working and GW Richardson saved the day! Our service tech was Will and he went above and beyond to make sure all my questions were answered, and he explained everything he was doing. He was very kind and friendly and I felt well taken care of. Needless to say my AC was back up and running and I felt like I got a great deal while also feeling very valued.
