A-1 Guaranteed Heating installed a mini-split heat pump in our LR/DR area earlier this year and did a great job. We took bids from 2 companies and A-1 was significantly less. Although cost is a factor, we don't always go with the lowest bid. A-1's presentation and qualifications were impressive, and we have been very satisfied with their work. The installation went smoothly and the installers were very professional. It was a little tricky figuring out the appropriate settings to achieve the heating levels that we wanted, but the company was very responsive and quick to send someone out to check things out for us. The technician tested the equipment to make sure it was working properly, and then gave us more detailed instructions on how to adjust various settings. Everything is working very well for us now. We are happy customers.

Jason Davis came way ahead of schedule(of course he called to let us know he is coming early) which we appreciate. He was professional and friendly .
