Excellent experience. We replaced two gas furnaces and air conditioners with a two new heat pump systems. Our salesperson Kirk Schlicting visited the home and did a thorough walkthrough and inspection. He followed up with a proposal on the same day. Cost was reasonable and in line with three other bidders. Kirk was very responsive throughout the decision process answering my many questions about the technology, rebates and federal credits. Installation occurred over three days and was problem free. Roger and his team of four, backed up by foreman Casey Kinnard, were very competent and efficient. They left the house clean each day and even brought my trash cans to the curb for me! We're enjoying our new system and would recommend A-1 Guaranteed to anyone interested in replacing their HVAC with the state-of-the-art technology. Jason Davis came way ahead of schedule(of course he called to let us know he is coming early) which we appreciate. He was professional and friendly .
